1. Lead Product Analyst, Regional Expansion at Wise

Wise logo

Wise is hiring a Lead Product Analyst in London to set and track the KPIs for its new European and UK markets, with a base salary of £75,000–£115,000 plus RSUs. You would be the main analytics contact for product launches in the Regional Expansion team: forecasting before a launch, discovery analysis while it takes shape, and experiments once it ships.

Much of the job is turning SQL and Python output into recommendations that PMs, engineers and designers act on, and building data assets the team can use without you.

It ranks first because it is the freshest posting here at one day old, it states a salary, and Wise has been the busiest UK employer on The Stack, with 25 listings in the last 90 days.

Best for: A senior product or data analyst with 6+ years who wants to own the numbers behind market launches.

Skip it if: You have never worked with event analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude or Google Analytics, or you want a pure modelling role.

Salary: £75,000–£115,000 base plus RSUs, per the posting, checked Nov 2.

At a glance: London · flexible working, office days not stated · 6+ years · posted 1 November (1 day ago).

What stood out: 25 Wise listings in the UK on The Stack in 90 days, more than any other company, and this one went up yesterday.

Watch out for: The Wise posting itself does not mention visa sponsorship, so confirm it in your first call.

2. Product Manager, Customer Fulfilment Automation at Tesco

Tesco logo

Tesco is hiring a Product Manager in Welwyn Garden City to run discovery and the backlog for the software behind its automated fulfilment centres, on a hybrid pattern. Think warehouse management and execution systems talking to robots, conveyors and IoT devices, with workflows like decanting and goods-to-person picking. You would lead one Scrum team and support its junior members.

Best for: A PM who has already shipped WMS or WES software and can talk APIs with backend engineers.

Skip it if: Your product background is consumer apps or marketing, with no warehouse or logistics systems.

Salary: No salary on the listing. The posting mentions an annual bonus of up to 20% of base.

At a glance: Welwyn Garden City · hybrid · 5-10 years · posted 1 November (1 day ago).

What stood out: Posted yesterday, and Tesco's only UK listing on The Stack in 90 days.

Watch out for: Applications close on 5 November, and the role is based outside London on a 36-hour week.

3. Lead Product Manager, Growth at Monzo

Monzo logo

Monzo is hiring a Lead Product Manager in London to own how people discover, join and activate with the bank, paying £120,000–£140,000 plus equity. This is a senior seat. You would set strategy across several planning cycles, build an experimentation engine for acquisition, onboarding and referrals, and coach other PMs along the way.

Monzo's posting is also the clearest on visas: it says the company can sponsor your visa and help with relocation to the UK.

Best for: A growth PM who has led several teams on a high-scale consumer product and has managed PMs.

Skip it if: You have not yet managed or mentored other product managers.

Salary: £120,000–£140,000 plus equity and incentive awards, per the posting, checked Nov 2.

At a glance: London, or elsewhere in the UK with trips to London · hybrid · 5-10 years · posted 23 October (10 days ago).

What stood out: 12 Monzo listings in the UK on The Stack in 90 days.

Watch out for: Monzo closes the role once it has enough applications, with no fixed date, so do not sit on it.

4. Senior Product Manager at Netcompany

Netcompany logo

Netcompany is hiring a Senior Product Manager in London to own roadmaps and backlogs for digital services it builds for UK public sector bodies and large companies, on a hybrid model. It is a consulting job: you are the client's key contact in delivery, you manage suppliers, and you help grow the firm's product and user-centred design practice.

Best for: A PM who has taken services through GDS Service Standard Assessments.

Skip it if: You have no UK public sector experience, which the posting lists as a must-have.

Salary: No salary on the listing.

At a glance: London · hybrid · 5-10 years · posted 9 October (24 days ago).

What stood out: 2 Netcompany listings in the UK on The Stack in 90 days. At 24 days, it is the oldest posting here.

Watch out for: GDS or UK public sector experience is required, and no salary is listed.

How to choose

If you are an analyst rather than a PM, Wise is the only analytics role here and the freshest. If salary transparency matters, Wise and Monzo are the two that list pay, and Monzo's £120,000–£140,000 is the highest. Logistics PMs should apply to Tesco before it closes on 5 November, and PMs with GDS experience should look at Netcompany. Skip this list if you are early in your career, because every role asks for at least five years. Either way, you can see every visa-sponsored job in the United Kingdom on The Stack.

Before you apply

Under the GOV.UK Skilled Worker visa rules, your salary usually has to be at least £41,700 a year or the going rate for your occupation, whichever is higher. Wise and Monzo both list base pay above £41,700. For Tesco and Netcompany, ask for the base range early so you can check it against the threshold and your going rate.

What The Stack's data shows

The Stack has 469 live UK listings with visa sponsorship today, and Wise posted the most UK roles in the last 90 days, with 25. Two of the four postings here state a salary. None of the candidates were closed when checked, but two were dropped because the employer's own page showed they first went up in July and September.

How we picked these

We filtered The Stack for UK product roles with visa sponsorship, posted in the last 30 days, one role per company, with no aggregators or recruiters. We reviewed 7 candidate rows: none were closed when checked live, two were dropped because the employer's page showed they were older than 30 days, and one was dropped as a weak fit for a product reader. Every posting was opened on the employer's site on Nov 2, 2026; we did not apply or speak to the employers.
