How to write senior-level CV bullets

Google recruiters use a formula called XYZ to evaluate CV bullets.

Accomplished [X] as measured by [Y] by doing [Z]

X is the result. Y is how you measured it. Z is what you did to achieve it.

Here's how to apply it:

X = Start with what changed. Not what you did, but what improved. Churn reduced. Revenue grew. Process accelerated.

Y = Add the number. A percentage, a time saving, a headcount. If you don't have an exact figure, estimate — "from days to hours" is better than nothing.

Z = Explain how. The tool, the method, the decision you made. This is where your technical skills belong.
